About Granny.........

Hi everyone, 
Just thought I'd say a bit about me. :)
I'm married to a man with Muscular Dystrophy so in order to be able to stay home and take care of him plus have pocket change I got into making jewelry and doing wood burning. He's doing ok for now but he gets sick easily and when he does I can't leave him alone. :) I'm also a mother of 4 and grandmother of 7. My Mom started me in crafts at age 11 with cross stitch needlework, I don't do it much these days because I cannot afford the supplies plus I babysit my youngest grandson and theres just not a lot of free time. I create my jewelry when he naps or his Mama has a day or two off. I've been doing jewelry for three years and learning as I go, I didn't look up tutorials or buy a book which I should have, I just jumped in. My favorite jewelry to make are chain necklaces with pearls, stone or crystals in fun patterns and colors on each link. The best thing I ever made is what I call a Cluster Piece where each chain link has at least 4 stone chips attached to it, I've made about 6 of these and they are really awesome.
